ok, I've had another idea...
I want to design have made wallpaper....but maybe magnetic, interchangeable etc....very interactive.
basically I want to make an object and something very beautiful.

I like that a lot! however MagScapes do magnetic wallpaper so it would have to be beautiful and different to what they already do. However it does mean there's a possibility of making it a live brief if you speak to them and you do something really interesting with it. x wb
there was a link on the uber blog, I don't know if it's still there, about wallpaper that lit up, and I also saw a wall paper once that changed colour according to heat... flowers grew above radiators... I really like the idea though!!! xxx astrid
oh i just read this one i like this too! but if will b says magnets are already done im sure you can think of millions of more interesting things to do with the design and function of a wallpaper....could be cool if it was to be live!Will P
I'm worried that this idea is being lead by the final object.. I've found the ideas that seem to not be working are the ones where it being a little forced by the final piece to match up. I think maybe think of why you would want/need/use wallpaper and then start from there. Start at the beginning not the end I guess, you still might end up there
If you go with this idea I think the wallpaper should be completely unique, It made me think of Charlie and the choc factory when they had lickable wallpaper that tasted of different friuts? How random is that?

Good idea, also talk to leading names such as habitat and so fourth, that way you have more contacts.
