I'm not sure about the first idea, I don't think number 2 is enough work for an FMP and I'm not sure what 4 would be.
If you could expand the QPR idea so that it gets them on board and maybe isn't just restricted to re-designing a magazine layout. You're so into football that it would be good to do a project involving it, but try and think further than the magazine. Maybe you could go back through your work and identify what you're good at and really enjoy doing - coming up with great advertising ideas, I reckon! - and see whether you can go from there.
