My project will involve working with WesternGeco Ltd, an oil exploration services company, to generate graphics which illustrate and explain aspects of exploration geophysics. This would involve:
Working with the marketing department to produce animated graphics for inclusion in short promotional movies to be shown at the annual conference of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers in June 2008. Also, to be involved in designing a catalogue of the company's services to be distributed to oil companies.
Working with the research department to produce graphics (animated or print) for use in technical training, both within the company and in technical presentations to oil companies.
