Consumerism..... and how we are all made to consume, and do it all the time...
I want to record all the stuff I buy throughout the project period.. collect receipts, photograph, and record it all in a diary. I also might look into using other people, and doing the same for them, recording all the stuff they consume/buy.
At the end I want to collect it all together in a gillian mckeith way, like where she presents the table full of food....and see the extent to my buying. Also I want to look at different forms of shopping/buying.. like internet, markets, and vending machines! I'd like to do something with a vending machine! not sure what yet....
If you have any thoughts on this rather vague idea please let me know, Im going to blogging more ideas throughout the day! HOPEFULLY!

My immediate thought is that you wont have everything you've bought at the end. The food you buy will be eaten by the end of the week for example. so perhaps you'd have to buy double the amount? Like so many of us there isn't a clear graphic or design outcome at the end that i can see. The whole consumerism thing is such a cliche too. its in there with plastic surgery, celebrity etc
