Maybe consider doing a really 'in your face ' promotion, like making a big cocktail glass out of something quite cheap and easy and have it travel across london, try to make a convincing story about the place so it can get a mention on a newspaper (pretend and say a big celebrity is going to cut the ribbon)- make people gossip about it! If your going to compete with the other bars out there, try not to go for the obvious such as flyers etc.

polly i think if you can get celebs it would be great (D list ones would be hilarious! but maybe not right for the place) also i agree with the font thing maybe you can convince the owners to let you redo that as well.. are they famous for one specific cocktail? maybe you can play on that if they do and have a promo night for the bar somewhere in london where they can get that signature drink for free?

Cool initially but really not, (in my view) substantial enough for a FMP. It is overly commercial and something to be done once graduated and not a celebration of experimentation and the raising of original issues- more usually expected of a level 3 undergraduate.
